Avionica, who was selected as “Musical Ambassador of Bolivia” by Spotify in 2018, continues to surprise us with the release of his second single, “Corazón Vacío”, a song that talks about our self-esteem.
“When you see that the girl you loved is dating someone else. You start to make comparisons and delude yourself that her heart isn’t complete without you. That it’s actually just as empty as yours. You think you still have a chance to turn history around, because hope is the last thing to be lost.” Avionica.
Aviónica has had the privilege of having collaborations with artists of international stature, such as Tommy Torres and Francisca Valenzuela, Vale and Andrea Echeverri, from Aterciopelados. José Mrochek, leader of the group, feels grateful for the affection and fidelity of his audience who are expressing their joy by listening to new songs from the Bolivian band. He will soon be giving a series of shows throughout the United States and other countries.
The new songs on the album, due out in mid-2022, were recorded at Prince’s iconic studio, Sunset Sound in Hollywood. “He made all his records here, that’s why they have a purple light (purple rain) back there. Very exciting for me”… “Years ago we spent thousands of hours dreaming that one day, good things would happen with our songs. Who would have believed that one day we would make a record here in Prince’s room, on Cerati’s birthday?” Avionica said on his socials.
